*Creighton House guarantees to manufacture your custom-made rug/s in accordance with your specifications. Creighton House does not offer a money-back guarantee on custom-made rugs (unless the rug/s is/are defective) and reserves the right to use its discretion when managing any requests to return custom-made rugs. Where appropriate, Creighton House may agree to repair, replace or refund a custom-made rug.
If you:
- receive a defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of its receipt and provide full details of why the product is defective.
- wish to return any of our products, you are required to contact us by email: admin@creightonhouse.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of the product/s outlining your reasons for returning the product/s. You will need to include details of your name, address, phone number and invoice number.
On receiving your e-mail, we will arrange to inspect the product/s at your premises, or ours. Provided the item has not been damaged or altered and we are satisfied with your reasons for returning the product/s, we will provide you with a refund for the product/s.
If you still hold the product/s at your premises, we will issue you with a return-authorisation number. You will be required to repackage the product/s (enclosing the return-authorisation number) and return it/them using our preferred carrier (or another reputable carrier that tracks and insures goods) to the

Creighton House is unable to refund the cost of shipping (and any associated costs) and handling and will not accept orders that are returned damaged or soiled. - receive a product/s that is/are damaged while in transit to your premises, you are required to alert the freight company on receipt of the product/s. Failing this, Creighton House is not responsible for any damage caused and may not provide a refund for the product/s.
